Special systems
Special systems allow us to prove our special services and engineering know-how.
These systems include physical test systems e.g. fire test room technology and aircraft extinguishing systems, laboratory ventilation technology S1/S2/S3, high-bay air conditioning with the special challenge of guaranteeing an even temperature and air humidity ratio independent of the storage position, the planning and execution of oxygen shielding systems or the special air conditioning of power control centres. Air-conditioning systems for extreme environments
We plan and build air-conditioning systems for extreme application conditions:
- Ambient temperature up to + 75°C
- Systems for special current frequencies
- Use of corrosion-resistant system components in aggressive
environments e.g. for buildings in copper mines
Oxygen reduction systems
Up to now, the most well-known method of fire-fighting has been the use of
extinguishing systems, whereby this has always been linked with respective
failures and follow-on damage. Oxygen reduction systems prevent a fire
being able to start in the first place by permanently reducing the oxygen content in the air.
Fire test room technology
We plan and construct fire test rooms according to customer-specific requirements. Adapted control technology can simulate fire cases in different parts of one building separately. We simulate emergencies with real stress parameters and hazards such as intense heat, real flames or thick smoke.
Encasement technology
We build cabins of any size for a wide range of different application cases:
- Cabins for painting, paint preparation, drying
- Soundproof cabins
- Encasement of measuring devices
- Encasement of robots
- Mobile power control centres in container design including ventilation technology, refrigeration and heating technology, compressed air technology
- Cold encasements for computer centres with controlled cold-air supply
